The book is to be published in hardcover and will include photographs from both Peter’s career and private life. The book is priced at £16.99 and postage costs are detailed here.

Brighton and Hove Albion fans of all ages enjoyed a great evening of exciting football at the Dripping Pan in Lewes, at the annual Robert Eaton Memorial Fund Challenge Match.
Peter flew in from Florida especially for the game, as he is a keen supporter of the REMF, which was founded in memory of Albion fan Robert Eaton, killed in the World Trade Centre on 9/11.
The match is now an annual fixture between Brighton supporters and Crystal Palace supporters, and last night was a treat for the 350+ supporters who watched the Albion fans team stage a comeback from 1-4. Full time ended at 4-4, setting the scene for a penalty shootout.

Peter to play in REMF Game on May 8th.
Peter is pleased to announce that he will be playing in the annual Robert Eaton Memorial Fund Challenge Match on Friday 8th May 2009. The game, between Brighton supporters and Crystal Palace supporters, takes place at Lewes FC’s Dripping Pan ground with a 7.30pm kick-off.

He Shot, He Scored: The official biography of Peter Ward will be published in 2009. A definitive account of Wardy’s fascinating soccer career spanning almost 35 years. The Brighton and Hove Albion legend tells his story, sharing memories of exciting times, and tough decisions.
The book will feature previously unpublished material from Peter himself, and insight from ex-teammates, managers, friends and family.
